  1. Yah. If you get the bigger ones, We used to just dip em in korean pepper paste gochujang and eat it like that for a bit of extra flavor

  2. Those look like unseasoned anchovies, which you can eat out of the box but won’t be delicious unless it’s prepared. Check out recipes for “seasoned dried anchovies” which is very easy to prepare.

    Yes! Not sure if rice is part of your diet, my dad would sprinkle that on hot, fresh rice, and it was soooo good.

    Thank you all!!!! Lol I did start eating them straight out, bought these to eat like side snack like nuts, but then the little label through me off and I know Reddit fam had my back!

    Honestly so overwhelmed with Korean market and in love, currently taking new life style doctors orders (TCM) x (high cholesterol) where can only eat fish and shellfish with lots of vegetables and rice n beans, so I thought the easiest way was to just adopt Korean diet,

    im Hispanic so I have no idea what I’m doing but I much appreciate all your help !

  6. You can, but I like to stir fry them for a few minutes so they’re even crisper 🤤

    Maybe eat a little at a time to get your body used to it if you’re worried!

    Sautee in some chili sauce and top on rice with an egg for the ultimate meal.

    Another thing you can do is season it a bit and mix it with some peanuts. Crazy yummy snack. I got packs of it a while ago and can’t find them now.

  12. Dry toast them in a pan for a bit for better texture and flavor.

  13. I am sooooo allergic to anchovies. Just looking at this made me grab my EpiPens 🥲
