  5. hello, im new to keto, but not low carbing .. same thing but a Lil more complex, I'm still trying to figure out the whole micros deal I'm confused lol but this is my last hope, I'm trying to avoid weight loss surgery at all cost. I know I can do this my bmi is 55 and when I do low carb I lose weight! I just want to say thank you for your videos for the great ideas I will be implementing!!

  6. You prepared the sauce, then afterwards you added cornstarch to marinated beef. Have you marinated the beef with the sauce you prepared ?
