I saw a couple other posts about this cheese, but it’s so rare to have a generically produced major limited edition thing that’s *actually* kind of spicy *and* tastes really good that I wanted to share again because it’s super exciting imo.
If you live near a Publix I definitely recommend this stuff. I grabbed a couple extra packs to freeze just so I have extra once they inevitably stop producing it. Maybe if it sells out they’ll keep it around?

Ooooh, good call on freezing it! I made some really awesome breakfast burritos and sandos with it. I’m gonna see if I can track down some more
