super happy with this!! im been seeing some failed cinnamon recipes and wanted to try my luck
bread
240 ml water warm
60 ml milk warm
add to 7 g active dry yeast and 25 g sugar
let sit for ~10 mins
add in 4 tsp of room temp butter
420-430 g bread flour (i use king arthur) gradually until combine
proofed for 2 hours
once rolled out , i put egg white wash as the base and the cinnamon mix. rolled up it up and placed it in my prepped pan.
i put 4 toothpicks in the bread and let it proof again for an hour before going in the oven. making sure to remove the picks before going in.
