Nice afternoon for ice cream. Good Gang on Parliament north of Winchester has been a fave since they had a stand at Smorgasburg a few years ago. Really creative flavours often with mix-ins. And really creamy texture.
Tried out their new banana split. They brûlée halved bananas and top it with two ice cream scoops, whipped cream and caramel sauce. First scoop was one of their regular flavours, milk chocolate soba cha. Very creamy chocolate with a touch of toasted tea coming through. Then for the other scoop couldn’t resist getting “bananas”: banana ice cream with banana bread pieces and infused with cardamom. Loved banana three ways.
