I made a batch of of beef and pork meatballs this weekend and used a couple to make a sandwich for lunch today. It had a slice of American, a slice of Muenster, butter sautéed onions, a homemade basil pesto aioli, and some sweet and hot pickled peppers, on a brioche bun.
