Kimchi soup with Pork

    This is a bit off topic but the other day I had made dinner for my (non-Korean) husband and he didn’t start eating as soon as I placed it in front of him like usual. I asked if there was something wrong with the food and he said he was just waiting a bit for it to cool off. It stuck me how differently we eat because I like my food almost uncomfortably hot, sometimes I’ll even nuke it halfway through eating to warm it back up. There’s no point to my story😆 It’s just an observation I had about this detail of how Korean food is served.
