• 8 pieces of bone in skin on chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoon yellow mustard/ dijon mustard
• 2 teaspoons dried oregano
• 2teaspoon dried thyme
• 2 teaspoon onion powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
