Rice:
Butter
2 cups jasmine rice
4 cups water
Chicken bouillon
Black pepper
Low on 20 mins

Tilapia:
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Add butter in a pan, cook for 2 minutes on each side. Lid on pan.

Tilapia Sauce:
Butter
Yellow Onion
2 Serranos
3 tomatoes
Cilantro
Cumin
Tomato Bouillon
Oregano
Salt
Water
Simmer and add tilapia back into the sauce and let simmer for a bit.

Plate rice.
Add tilapia on top of bed of rice.
Drizzle more sauce and juice of lime.
Optional: Add sliced avocado 🥑
