    Ugh my descriptions didn’t save somehow when I made the post!

    * Breakfast: strawberry french toast w/ fresh strawberries sautéed and sf maple syrup, egg whites + mozzarella cheese, coffee w/ Splenda and cream (260cal 30g protein)

    * Lunch: quesadilla bites w/ mozzarella, chili flakes, and balsamic glaze; 2oz turkey breast, one roma tomato (290cal 30g protein)

    * Snack: banana and turkey snack bites (250cal 17g protein)

    * Dinner: steak salad with arugula, romaine, spinach, shallot, tomato, cucumber, fat free feta and skinny girl poppyseed dressing (360cal 47g protein)

    Totals: 1160 calories; 39g fat; 120g carbs (59g fiber); 124g protein

    The strawberry French toast was the MVP of the day!

    I’m kind of curious how you added up 59g of fiber from this. Giving a generous estimate, I would say it’s 15g at most. Salads like romaine and spinach don’t have a lot of fiber. All looks very delicious though!
