    my method of reaching my fitness goals is a bit odd:

    I ate 1.8k for a week and took pictures of everything I ate and since I hate calorie counting I am using these pictures as a reference of how much I can eat. 1.8k is 200 below my maintenance and my goal is recomposition anyways so going a bit above that is not a big deal.

    if you‘re planning on recomping maybe keep this method in mind, I feel very free in my choices and saw my upper abs for the first time today
