This is the kind of lunch I eat when I’m saving up for a high calorie meal later in the day but don’t want to go hungry while I wait. I thank my lucky stars that I have the gene that makes me like vegetables because they’re so high volume and low calorie
The chicken tenderloins are usually sprayed with oil which adds another 30 calories but I ran out this time and they came out just as good! I season them and pop them in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 190 and they come out perfect. This whole lunch comes together in less than 10 min and keeps me full for hours.
I’m making smash burgers tonight so I want to have enough calories in my budget to make them just how I like them!

My lunches look like this too! I can’t do OMAD because I will be way too hungry but I love a big dinner. Looks tasty and would definitely satisfy me !
I eat a tomato and cucumber side salad with like 1-2 meals a day. It has made staying in calorie range easy without being hungry.
