- 1 can of oat/soy/etc. cream (2-2.5 dl)
- 2-3 tbsp agar or other gelatin substitute
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
- salt and other spices
Add the ingredients to a saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. Pour into a container and let it set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Wow, that turned out really good! How was the taste?
Eh, Iβve tried things like that before. Itβs basically just jello but savory. Iβve only found it to be good if you shred it and melt it on pizza (also you have to add tapioca starch to get the gooey texture)
