This was yesterday's food. 1517 cals total, 104g protein, 26g fibre.
Breakfast: vanilla Protein, peanut butter powder, inulin, and lait ribot pancakes with banoffee zero calorie syrup.
Snack: 0% Skyr with vanilla protein powder, inulin, and frozen blueberries
Lunch: 15% fat steak hachΓ© with ratatouille and basmati rice .
Another snack: a KitKat with my afternoon mug of tea
Dinner: Vegetable taboulΓ© with marinated feta.
A final snack: a slice of Mastro classic bread, toasted with butter.
I want to say THANK YOU to the person who posted about spritzing air popped popcorn with vinegar too… I've got a bottle of the saxa salt and vinegar spray and I tried it on popcorn the other night and it is LIFE CHANGING ππ
