Did not realize that since I get 52 weeks of a 15% Military Discount, they will not automatically apply it until the final 52nd delivery when my discount goes away. 😲

Called customer support and ‘Earl’ explained it. I asked for a refund to my CC and after a 5 minute hold, he said it will be refunded.

If you have ever had an issue with spoiled/ missing food and been told you got a credit, take a look on the app !

    I have the same thing on my account! I have a discount applied to all my orders, one box came with spoiled food so I reached out to customer service. They provided me with a full “refund” of the box and it went to credits. Can I use them? Nope. Not until I cancel my promo.
