    2.5 cups of King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour
    1.5 cups of water
    2 teaspoons of oil
    Salt

    1. Add oil to 2 cups of flour and salt and slowly add water till its a soft kneaded dough
    2. Make small balls from it and create a small disc type of dough.
    3. Using the additional flour dab the disc and then using a roller start making the disc into a flatter disc. Use flour as needed so that it doesnt stick.
    4. On a medium to hot pan – cook the roti till its fully cooked.
