Don't mind the poor quality pic lol

Firstly, probably first 2 serving meal that I've made that is at least 3 serving.

I'm on my like 6th week with HF and with the goals is to try things I haven't had before. Like I discovered two weeks ago that I do actually like cabbage, I've only ever had it boiled in the past and didn't like it that way. Also fist time trying chickpeas and I liked them, left a bit of a mess in my oven though and one almost popped right in my face as I was taking it out of the oven lol.

Only thing I would have done differently is the carrots. Keeping them raw and just slivered or peeled would have added even more crunch. Them cooked and pretty soft didn't really add anything to the meal for me. Texture is important to me.

Also could have used more dressing.

I would order it again, but I'd definitely keep the carrots raw.
