Today I soft boiled my eggs in the air fryer! I never get them dippy in water so I'm delighted that this worked. Will be air frying all my eggs from now on.
Also, a discovery in the tortilla pizza… two layers with a bit of grated cheese in-between makes the base much more substantial and pizza like.

Not pictured: the handful of marshmallows, because I didn't want them to cool down and collapse and ate them. 😁

Totals: 27g fibre 99g protein 1565 cals

Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs, 2 slices of schär maestro classic made into buttered soldiers to dip.

Snack: KitKat. Nom.

Lunch: 4 pieces of Wasa fibre crackerbread topped with full fat cottage cheese and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Snack: 0% Skyr with vanilla whey protein powder, inulin, and frozen blueberries

Dinner: margarita wholewheat tortilla pizza, cucumber and cherry tomatoes spritzed with vinegar and salted.

Snackeroo: 10 marshmallows, zapped for a couple of seconds to make them puff up and go a bit gooey. Basically a mug full of marshmallow fluff.
