Lunch – Udon noodles with cheddar and ham (i promise its better than it looks)
Snack – Protein chocolate milk
Dinner – Fish and chips, 150 calories
Second dinner/snack – tortilla with ham, 140 calories
Carbs – 188g Protein – 45g Fat – 30g
This is 160-200 under my maintains, but i felt really sick today and could barely stomach the tortilla (have been sick since yesterday, so its not cuz of the food)
Edit: Cheat day as in unhealthy food (why i said ‘kinda’ in the title), usually i get more fruits and vegetables. It just felt very unhealthy food wise. Also usually when people dont put cheat day in the titles the comments are filled with “you need more —“

all jokes aside, this nutritionist said when we women get those unhealthy cravings before and during our period to carbo load on veggies and fruits

I don’t mean to be rude but why do the pictures look like they were taken on a Motorola razr lol?
Anyway this is not bad at all. Only the poptarts are “bad” and they’re fine now and again. You still have a mix of foods in there. I have days like this but way worse. All my calories are used up on pure shite. I just make sure to keep it to now and again.
