Been craving all of the “worst” stuff while on my period this go around, especially pizza.
Made a little pizza on a Mission Whole Wheat carb balance tortilla with no sodium crushed tomatoes, a serving of shredded part skim mozz, and turkey pepperoni. Just the pizza comes in at 170 cals. Added a little salad with Bolthouse Farms ranch and threw a little quinoa in it for a little extra fill and a Diet Coke.
