Experiment/lunch for today. Super quick and delicious. Going to be making a lot more varieties of this.

462 cals 31.2g protein 4.2g fibre. 32.8g carbs

1 wholemeal old el paso wrap
100g egg (2 medium eggs)
30g grated emmental
45g 0% Skyr
50g sliced peppers
Salt + pepper + spices

180c for 10 mins in the air fryer.

Obviously, with access to lower cal wraps or egg whites in a bottle, low cal cheese etc.. you could tweak the figures but I work with what I've got and that was a lovely lunch.

Next step, spinach and feta! 😁
