Hi all!! I have been travelling for a while and discovered some amazing food. One of the things that really stuck with me was these Korean sandwiches. I had some in the Netherlands and wanted to make it at home, but I can’t find the right bread. Do u guys know which bread is suitable for this? It has to be consistent and strong enough.

    I’ve used brioche or milk bread for my homemade versions. Both are slightly different (milk bread being slightly sweeter) but are close enough to satisfy my itch.
