I’ve been having these meals daily for weeks, trying to ensure I get all the necessary nutrients my body needs (I don’t have any problems eating the same things over and over). I do cardio in the morning and weight lifting after work. The protein shake is for if I feel like I’m needing something extra! Please let me know your thoughts!

Try tracking what you eat in a day on [Cronometer](https://cronometer.com/). It will show you if you’re meeting all of your micronutrient needs or not.
Looks like a good mix of foods. Does this keep you full? Personally, I would want to eat more vegetables with breakfast and lunch, but I just enjoy vegetable and they make meals more filling for me.
I would like to create a go to meal plan that has all my macros that I could just eat most days. It seems way easier than figuring it out meal to meal which is how I eat now.
