This entire pot of food is 446 calories… healthy & delicious & made with fresh veggies and canned crushed tomatoes. Plus I added 1 tbsp / 5 grams of Sartori Parmesan which is an additional 20 calories per bowl.

I’ve had 2 bowls so far this evening.

Herbs and spices are black pepper, oregano, garlic, a little bit of basil, a touch of paprika and some lemon juice.

I guess I can recalculate the actual servings when it’s finished.
