I know this video was made almost 3 years ago but I'm hoping you will read this. This is my first time watching your videos. Love them!!! I plan on making these pretzels very soon. Can you tell me where you purchase the large bags of wafers? I was also curious if you have to use parchment paper or will wax paper work as well? Waiting for your reply. Sheilia
