Smashed my sushi craving. Per 1 cup of cooked white rice, 1 tbsp of rice vinegar and 1 tsp of sugar melted together to make sushi rice. Spread out in a casserole dish. Then mixed four cans of tuna with a container of laughing cow (fat free cream cheese would work but this is what I had) mix sriracha and mayo + black pepper garlic and onion powder to taste. Spread on top and drizzled with a layer of sriracha and kewpie mayo for the authentic taste + sesame seeds for texture. Enjoyed with 30 cal nori sheets for the real sushi feel!
