Most “older” cheeses are nearly completely lactose free. Had an ex who was lactose intolerant and when we made pizza we usually used Gouda as it is easily available where I live. No problems occured and it still melts like mozzarella for example. And it’s a little stronger in taste which I like personally
What I meant to say was : there’s no need for an abomination like the posted pizza
Edit to say: Just googled it. Cheddar, which is easily available everywhere, is nearly lactose free, also and is great for pizza with meat imo
