First ever Brisket

Got a new WW Pro so though I had to try a bigger chunk of meat. I decided I'd try brisket for the first time ever. It cooked great and everyone loved it but I know I can do better. I went to Chucky on the trimming and need to pick better meat next time. Also should not use seasoning salt again it was too salty for me. Regardless I'm calling this one a win!
