You’re looking for Songpyun 송편 or Kkool Ttuk 꿀떡 (honey rice cakes). Although you can get rice cakes at almost all Korean markets, I recommend visiting a rice cake specialty store as the rice cakes are fresher.
The two I would recommend in Koreatown are Happy Rice Cake House or Siroodang (they’re across the street from each other). 🙂
