It’s fudgy. It’s soft. It’s chocolatey. It’s low cal. It hits that dessert craving like nothing else.

I used:
1/3 cup of white flour
1/3 cup of monkfruit “brown sugar”
1.5 tablespoons of unsweetened apple sauce
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
1/8 tsp of baking soda
1/8 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of water
3 tablespoons of milk (you can sub these for water for even lower cal but I’m not a complete masochist so I used full fat milk and I recommend this route. Use plant based milk for vegan alt)

I also whacked some sugarfree sprinkles on it before nuking – they don’t taste but they make it look fun 🤷🏼‍♀️

Mix the dry ingredients until totally combined then mix in the wet ones, stir until smooth with no lumps of the dry stuff. Microwave for 1:45 (you may need longer or shorter depending on your machine).

Sky is the limit with modifications: add icing, add nuts, add PB, add choc chips etc etc. I would serve with halo top but it’s freakin freezing where I am rn.

Excuse my leggings, I have a husky. Her fur gets into gets into sealed, air tight containers so my lululemons don’t stand a chance.
