That looks like a high-hydration dough. In order to obtain that puffy crust, you need an oven which gets close to 500 degrees Celsius, so when you put the pizza in, the water in the dough tends to evaporate and make the dough inflate. If you cut it, you’ll see all the alveolus created by the high-hydration/high temperature combo.
