I am familiar with the firecracker meatballs and enjoy that dish too, so I was excited to see the firecracker sauce on a vegetable dish as well. We are not vegan or vegetarian, but we try to cut down our meat intake. I found this very easy to throw together, filling, and delicious. We would definitely get it again and my SO remarked “it doesn’t even need the meatballs”. Emir gives it a 10/10; I’m sure he would prefer the meatballs though.
