After a week in Mexico of not counting/restraining at all, today is day one and back at it! Felt like something warm for lunch rather than my usual salad, so mixed this up.
Sautéed shredded cabbage and sprouting broccoli with green onion whites and braggs (like soy, fish sauce and white wine vinegar. Had three veg gyozas in the freezer so added those as well as the edamame I forgot at the beginning 😉 topped with cucumber, more rice vinegar, chili flakes and a little miso chili oil. Super filling and yummy!
