Bought a house with a BGE built-in. I cleaned it up a bit and set out to cook my first brisket. I used a Meater BT thermometer to monitor the temp and while it wasn't really how I planned it, it came out pretty great. I must confess that I overconfidently wrecked my second brisket shortly thereafter.
