This was surprisingly delicious! Not sure why I’m surprised as I’ve enjoyed their tilapia dishes but could be cause I discovered I like couscous. (I thought I hated it but I confused it for quinoa).
The gremolata was the best part, I love the crunch of the almonds. Next time I would add more lemon juice and salt/pepper. I should know better by now to go hard with spices but I always err on the side of caution when trying new things. The tilapia cooked perfectly!
If you love fish/tilapia, definitely give this a try! Super easy to recreate too!
(Don’t like green beans so they’re missing on purpose).

I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed with the fish dishes. Only that they don’t offer them every week
Literally just sat down to eat this very dish! Super flavorful and fast/easy to put together on a week night. I’m not gaga for green beans myself but I’ve found that roasting them on the top rack for much longer than indicated gets them nice and blistered and much more palatable to my tastes.
I’ve really appreciated my Hello Fresh subscription because I’m eating fish much more often now! For some reason the meat/fish counter at the supermarket is really intimidating to me so having it pre-packaged and -filleted as part of a meal is very helpful.
Green bean’s aren’t my favorite, but they turned out good in this. Try them next time. But yea the Tilapia turned out perfect.
I had to do the green beans on a separate pan cause they were overcrowding.
I let the green beans go 15 minutes but took the fish out at like 13 minutes.
I like this one too. I just steamed my green beans in the microwave to save time & space in the oven, + I used the other half of my garlic butter on the green beans 😋
