today I’m going to make a bacon egg and
cheese Bodega style and not just any
Bodega style we’re going to do two
different ways part one we’re going to
do the New York
version we have bacon egg and cheese and
of course we got our Kaiser rolls for
the New York version of the sandwich
we’re going to whisk the eggs because
usually in New York bodegas they’re
ladling whisked eggs onto the griddle
we’ll slice up our Kaisers first I’ll
fry up some bacon I’m going to make it
extra crispy I’ll toast the Kaisers up
in a little bit of butter and now we’ll
cook some eggs for the New York version
we’re going to dump the whisked eggs
into the pan we’ll move the egg around
the pan to try to get it all cooked
evenly now I’ll throw the American
cheese right into the middle of this and
then I’ll begin folding the egg on top
of it this will give you a layered
experience to the sandwich place the egg
on the Kaiser stack as much bacon as you
possibly can on top of that these
