I have been posting on here recently with my first Weber grills. I ended up doing this pork loin in the Weber kettle. Grilled for right around 30 minutes . 25 of indirect and just a few minutes over the coals. Internal temp was 150 when I pulled it. I also tossed in some hickory chips as I put it on.

This might honestly be the best pork loin I’ve ever eaten. I am so addicted to charcoal grilling lol. I grew up camping a ton and so I’ve cooked over open fire but never really got into grilling until last year. I’m excited to see where this addiction goes

    Costco was selling these dirt cheap a while back so I stocked up.

    I’ve done a bunch of stuff with them but the simpler recipes are the best.

    You did it right pulling it at 150. The most common mistake that people make with pork loin is over cooking it. It dries out like chicken breast.
