Oven baked tilapia+sweet potato with maple miso honey glaze, making up the majority of the calories. One egg fried in extra virgin olive oil, with sriracha and scallions. Featuring a (mostly) unpictured bed of mixed greens, on top of a half of a sliced avocado, with slices of pickled ginger and pickled banana peppers. Two mushrooms and cracked black pepper for garnish. The egg yolk is still golden runny, acting as a built in sauce for the rest of the plate. Fruck yeah

To be honest, I don’t count pickled foods and greens in the calories. This is probably closer to 450 cals with all the lettuce and pickled veggies.
But I’m proud of it nonetheless. I believe adding pickled vegetables to each meal does HUGE things for satiety. I’m currently making some pickled radishes that I’m very excited about : – D
It’s all about presentation! We work so hard mathing and weighing, we deserve nothing but the best! Your plate is beautiful!
