it light series here our goal is to
transfer our favorite recipes and
prepare healthier dishes with more
nutrients and fewer calories so today we
will make a scrumps pie with cream
cheese and anoto for a guilt-free

filling for the filling the recipe is
quite simple H we will use some anoto if

filling now two eggs goes in and as you
can see I tried the filling before I add
theow eggs in and then mixy mixy and

here it’s like a cheesecake a Greek
cheesecake I love this feeling now here
I have 700 GS of whole wheat F pastry
you can find whole wheat F pastry in all
Greek stores so I will open
it and if you never tried before whole
whe fow pastry you will love it the

start I will take one fillow I will take
actually all the fillow in front of me I
broke the first one but that’s okay it
doesn’t matter come on you’re almost
there and a little bit of extra virgin
we are about to start we will take a
spoonful of the filling and we will
spread it here to the edge of the fillow
then we will start rolling as you can
see the amount of olive oil that I used
it was very few and what we are doing
like is we start to swirl it the same
procedure we will keep the same process
for the rest of the fillos there about
seven and six eight fillow in each

lovely H easy the rest of the olive oil
just put it on the top as you can see I
try to keep my pie light so I’m not
adding a lot of volume of olive oil and
this is time for baking my oven is
preheated 18ยฐ C set fan and I will bake
this lovely pie for about an
hour and the pie is
ready ah it’s time to cut this lovely
Pie as you can see it’s crispy the fow
is always crispy and this is something
you need to know about pho compared with
other pastries like uh puff pastry like
cruasan pastry it is the healthiest
pastry ever and it’s scrunchy at the
same time so if you want to take care of
your diet I think Pho it’s the best
thing you can do because it’s healthy
easy sexy tasty and
always deliver the best pies ever as you
can see it’s lovely you can see that and
the pie it’s quite sexy it’s quite
light and you can have this for a lunch
for a dinner even for a
snack I literally can live with this pie
it’s absolutely stunning it’s appetizing

  5. ฮ‘ฮฝฮธฯŒฯ„ฯ…ฯฮฟ isn't fat free, it's a lower in fat content cheese and it's soft. The fat content in 100g of feta cheese is 23g, in ฮฑฮฝฮธฯŒฯ„ฯ…ฯฮฟ it's 14g. It's not necessarily healthier than feta, cholesterol-wise they aren't much different. When it comes to sodium, feta cheese is saltier. When it comes to calories, feta cheese is higher because of the higher protein and fat content. When it comes to calcium, feta cheese wins by a far margin. Therefore, don't fear consuming either of the two, just find the balance in the portion. As for the pie, being Greek, phyllo pastry always wins when it comes to pies :).
