The simplest and most delicious autumn baking! Strudel with puff pastry takes a minimum of your time, but it’s so tasty!

✅Ingredients:
🔸Puff pastry (I used yeast) – 500 g
🔸Apples – 4-5 medium.
🔸Cinnamon – 1 tbsp
🔸Sugar (I used coconut) – 2 tsp
🔸Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
⚠️Additionally, you can also add 👇🏼:
🔸Cranberries – 50 g
🔸Roasted nuts – 50 g

▪️Slice the apples.
▪️Combine with cinnamon, sugar, vanilla sugar, soaked cranberries, and chopped nuts.

▪️Roll out the puff pastry thinly.
▪️I cut it into 2 parts to make 2 strudels.
▪️Spread the filling over the entire surface.
▪️Roll it up into a roll and pinch the edges VERY TIGHTLY so that the juice doesn’t leak out! The seam along the roll should remain at the bottom.
▪️Place in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40 minutes until the pastry becomes golden brown.
▪️Remove from the oven – sprinkle with powdered sugar.
▪️Cut into slices.
▪️Enjoy 😋
