I HATE eating in a deficit while traveling, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I have to travel for work a few days every other week and thought I would show one day. They are usually slightly more balanced, but this was a flying day, so we made do and we stayed near 1200!

  • 5AM (30 cal 1g protein) – small Dunkin coffee w/ Splenda & cream
  • 9AM (320 cal 20g protein) – large Starbucks cold brew w/ 3 Splenda & cream; spinach feta breakfast wrap
  • 1 PM (360 cal 40g protein) – 2 legendary pastries
  • 7 PM (545 cal 39g protein) – chick fil a Cobb salad & grilled nuggets w/ honey mustard dressing and a diet lemonade
