hey taste buds last weekend we enjoyed
this simple panted calamari with alen
roasted potatoes and a spicy madagascan
pepper corn sauce now the full recipe is
available on my recipe blog but just to
run you through it you’ll par boil your
potatoes until they fork tender and then
pop them into the oven for 40 minutes
now while your calamari marinat in a
simple mixture of olive oil red wine
vinegar and Italian seasoning you’ll be
making the spicy madagascan peppercorn
sauce now just before the potatoes are
done you’ll pan see the calamari on a
high heat for a few minutes on each side
you’ll then finish it off with some salt
lemon wedges and freshly chopped parsley
it’s surprisingly easy and deserving of
