UPS delayed our delivery. Chatted with hellofresh support. They said it would be fine. It should stay cold enough for 48 hours. Here is the temp of the ground beef and chicken.

My last box was delivered on time but the ice pack was melted. Meat was all 60 degrees. I live in New England and it hasn’t been that warm. They gave me about 2/3 refund.

Tell them the meat is above safe temperature and even show them this picture. I’ve gotten a refund for this exact reason and it wasn’t a hassle.
