I recently started working as a chef and my station is charco and a few other apps, I ussually only have about 15 minutes to make this (including slicing meats and cheeses) sometimes less if I get multiple tickets. Considering the time restraints is there any advice y’all could give me to give my boards some more life and energy. We do either 5 meats or cheeses with 3 accompaniments or 3 meats and cheeses with 2 accompaniments. These two are from today any feed back would be greatly appreciated!
