The best copycat auntie Annes pretzel dogs

I have a complete video of how to make pretzels uploaded on my videos

2 cups milk (I used Lactaid Free Milk, but most make this using regular whole milk)
2 packets of dry active yeast (Red Star)
7 tbsp brown sugar
5 tbsp butter melted
6 cups flour ( may use less)
2 tsp salt
3 cups water
1/3 cup baking soda

Hot sausage

Bake at 450 for 9-12 mins

Butter & salt for garnishing

I’m always craving Auntie ANS but I
never want to drive to the mall to go
get it and this time I was craving a
pretzel dog but I decided to make it
myself and instantly regretted it
because I forgot I had this old mixer
and it does not get the job done I had
to knad this dough by hand but that’s
okay because my dough still came out
really good and I decided to use some
spicy sausage instead of a hot dog and
I’m so glad I did because this made it
10 times better and I don’t know Auntie
an auntie K might have something better
on you cuz these came out really good
and I don’t know if I’m going have to
make that trip back to the mall
