Is it hot and/or humid? Both of those conditions will prevent fruit from settling. Also, sometimes patience is necessary.

The blossoms will drop until the conditions are favorable.
If the conditions are favorable and blossoms don’t develop then you have other issues to investigate.
Sometimes the blossoms drop, but the sepals remains, and a small developing tomato will be left there.
Just let it grow and watch it develop. You’ll see something soon. It is not always a perfect process.
Are you growing in a greenhouse or something? Wind pollination & natural pollinators are usually just fine for them to set fruit.

what do you mean? they’re open. just give em a few flicks to knock the pollen around, you’ll get fruit set. don’t expect anywhere near 100% fruit set, especially if it’s not a cherry variety.
