So I followed a Korean Steamed Egg recipe from TikTok which is 100 calories because it’s made with egg whites, and cauliflower rice which is another 100 calories on the side. I topped the egg with soy sauce, green onions and sriracha and it was so good!! Genuinely think one of the tastiest meals I’ve had for the lowest amount of calories and super filling too.
