    A pickled cucumber relish, curried chickpeas, and a sweetish brown sauce on soft fried shells. Complex and amazing and I’m so glad to have a Jamaican restaurant in my town.

    Isn’t doubles Trinidadian food? That’s interesting that they would have this in a Jamaican restaurant

    Edit: also! Usually I fold it if it comes like this. But usually I get them where it’s already in a ‘sandwich’
