what I’m going to show you is one of my
family’s favorite recipes so let’s get
started
welcome to Cheryl’s on cooking today I’m
going to show you is another version of
the way I make noise I do have a recipe
already out there and how to make the
cannoli filling it’s in my playlist I
have one 32 ounce container of ricotta
cheese I’ll place that in my bowl to
this I’m going to fold in 1 cup of
powdered sugar I’ll do a little at a
time
I picked up the mini cannoli shells keep
mixing it in this is so good add the
rest
this feeling lasts about a week in your
refrigerator so I’m going to try a
little bit to make sure that one cup of
sugar is enough mmm perfect so now I’ll
add in a tablespoon of vanilla extract
I’ll just eyeball it I’ll try it again
mmm hmm really good that was perfect
so now I’ll fold in one cup of the mini
morsels just fold it
see how perfect this look mm-hmm really
really good so now what I’m going to do
is take a little bit of my cannoli
filling put it in another Bowl I’m only
going to show you a little bit so I have
about two and a half to three
tablespoons of my cannoli filling in my
bowl to this I’ll add in two teaspoons
of the special blend dark chocolate it’s
the Hershey cocoa
it’s the unsweetened what I’m going to
do is make this chocolate so now the
filling will be chocolate see how good
that looks so what I’m going to do now
is take one of my mini cannoli shells
I’ll put some of the chocolate in a
ziplock bag
cut off the tip and squeeze it into my
cannoli shell do one side
see how good that looks and I’ll do the
same to the original cannoli filling cut
off the tip take one of my mini cannolis
go it in
look at how good that looks see how
quick and easy this was to make the
cannoli filling and also to make it into
a chocolate cannoli filling look at how
good they look it’s quick and easy this
is perfect so you not only have the
original cannoli filling but now you
have the chocolate cannoli filling with
chocolate morsels so thanks so much for

The Italians are dying inside…. you need to hang your ricotta to remove excess moisture. It makes the biggest difference in texture and viscosity of the filling.
