My gf purchased the Irish stew meal kit . It had a hard ball in it that she noticed. I tried to figure out what it was so I pressed it until it broke into little pieces. I'm kinda leaning towards glass ?? I scraped it on the plate and it behaved like glass?

I made this last night. What would this have came out of? It was only beef, a carrot, an onion and 2 potato’s oh and a small packet of turkey broth.
That’s not a peppercorn. Either coriander or mustard seed.
